1. Acceptance
By creating a Planetia account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Planetia. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
3. Account Rules
- One account per person. Multi-accounting is prohibited.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Do not share your account credentials.
- Automated access (bots, scripts) is prohibited without written permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: harass other players, exploit bugs, attempt to disrupt service, reverse-engineer the client, or engage in commercial activity within the game without permission.
5. Virtual Items and Game Progress
Planetia is a round-based game. All in-game galaxy progress (planets, fleets, resources) resets each round. This is a core feature, not a bug. We reserve the right to adjust game balance, rules, and mechanics at any time.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
7. Disclaimers
Planetia is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, feature availability, or uninterrupted service. Round outcomes are final.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planetia's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero for free accounts).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
